Imprelis herbicide damage

Imprelis is a post-emergent broadleaf herbicide that its manufacturer, Dupont, primarily sourced to turf care professionals such as golf courses and landscape providers.[1]  Imprelis became available in October 2010, and shortly thereafter, reports surfaced indicating that the Dupont herbicide was burning, deforming, and in some cases killing certain types of trees and shrubs.  In response to multiple complaints, the EPA launched an investigation into Imprelis in June 2011, which has just recently resulted in an EPA mandate to stop the sale of Imprelis in the marketplace.[2] These events have been reported by local and national media, and have already resulted in lawsuits being filed against Dupont for damages.

If Imprelis was used to control weeds on your golf course and surrounding property, you probably observed damage to the trees, shrubbery and other plant life.  If you have applied Imprelis, but have not yet observed damage to the trees, shrubbery, and other plant life, we believe that it is probably only a matter of time before the damage becomes visible.

Perhaps the most important element necessary to the recovery for damage caused by Imprelis is choosing the right law firm.  Fleming & Associates of Houston has joined with Campbell Law of Lakeland, Florida to provide legal representation for those property owners who have been damaged by Imprelis.  Fleming & Associates and Campbell Law have jointly prosecuted claims on behalf of thousands of clients throughout the United States against DuPont in the Polybutylene Pipe litigation and in the Benlate litigation.  Armed with this experience, and with the knowledge imparted by select industry, scientific, and economic experts, we may be able to help you.  Because we only accept the representation of clients on whose behalf we believe we can succeed, we are willing to be compensated on a pure contingent basis.  This means your organization will not be required to advance or be obligated to pay any fees or costs, until the point at which we prevail on your behalf.

To further discuss the specifics of your Imprelis claim and how we may be of assistance to you, please contact us today toll-free at 888-775-3820.  If you already have a lawyer on this matter, we are not asking you to change counsel.  However, if you need representation, Fleming & Associates and Campbell Law will gladly evaluate your potential case.  Please call today.
